Both weapons share a similar design and are related, they are not used by humans, at first I thought that the creatures don't have eyes, but the rifle has a scope. Perhaps the gun is some sort of decoration, or is it for point-blank shooting?
Hmmm.. interesting! Great designs!
Hey, I have Colossus in my hands! Haven't read it yet, I'll start soon
I've been following your blog for sometime but never posted. Beautiful work with the latest items. I'm wondering what materials do you envision these weapons are made from? Also, is it feasible to wonder what these items would look like firing? Very often I like to do designs with animations involved to give an idea of the different use states. But I imagine something like that isn't possible if you don't have the time. Either way fantastic stuff.
Regards
ps. Would it be appropriate for a fan to take a swing or is that inappropriate?
Super stuff! To quote a classic.." It's not impossible. I used to bullseye womp rats in my T-16 back home.." Ok, so I'm a bit of a star wars nerd..Keep up the great work.
Hey there Mark, cool blog! I just wish I could click on the old post pictures, they are so small :( Anyway, sweet design, next one has to be a sicilian Lupara. Cheers from Italia! Alessandra
Sant Arellano------ not for humans but the scope is for practical use. enjoy Colossus.
Tim----wood and metal mostly is the construction of course nothing like we'd find here on earth. and as for firing lots of kick back and huge gouts of smoke. heh heh
Ale----- sorry about the old stuff getting small. dont know what happened had issues with my free server site. thats why I'm loading them straight from my computer now into blogger.
Aye, but where's the action? Or the ammo feed/magazine? (I guess you could say it's a crank mechanism, with some sort of chemical reaction chamber for the ammo. That's my guess, anyhow...)
And in other news, my papa just purchased some new firearms: 1940's .22 Luger-type pistol, a double-barreled elephant gun (The shells are the size of Twix bars)... and a few pointy sticks thrown in for good measure. Holiday gatherings back home are always interesting for me.
Started drawing when I was 3yrs old havent stopped yet. Went to school (drew a lot)got a degree in film. worked my butt off( drew a lot). Got married had four kids. Still draw a lot!
