ALMOST DONE

This will be the END PAGE of my 18 pg short that will be in AFTERWORKS 3 coming out late this summer. Most likely the book-an anthology of comics done by artists at PIXAR- will be out for APE in San Fransisco.

Sweet - Can't wait to grab a copy! The previous Afterworks books are FULL of great stuff and are highly recommended to anyone who hasn't seen them yet!

That's something very cool that I've seen story artists do, they need to do "external" personal work to satisfy their need to tell THEIR stories. You guys are a great example for me!

And comics are the best medium to tell epic, "full-lenght" stories, all by yourself with a handful of people assisting you sometimes. It's cheap!!! That's what Jodorowsky did to tell his stories... which makes me think, what do you think about Jodorowsky films?

Hope to get my hands on this when I have the chance!

SPACE! LINE! FORM! TONE! COLOR! RYTHM! MOVEMENT!!!

Thats my new kata right there!

Thanks for sharing, amazing drawing!

I´m defenitely gonna grab me a copy of that book to enjoy your samurai story. The pages you posted before are awesome. They have a very clear and concentrated feeling about them, just like the martial arts and japanese art.

this is a really cool concept. I think of sorta sodom from street fighter alpha, buuuut, older. I can only hope when I'm old I can walk around in samurai armor. So is this part of a comic or short story or just a doodle?
