Happy 2012

Well gang sorry I've been highly remiss in continuing my blog but I have good reasons.

1. co wrote co directed John Carter with Andrew stanton out this year in March 9th go see it.

2. Directing Brave also out this year- actually still making it. out in June go see it.

will try to post more but am teaching as well not to mention being a dad of 4 keeps extra drawing down to a minimum. Plus everything Im working on I cant show you. legal reasons. I know BS but there it is. Hope all are well and have a great 2012. heres a little something I can show. I still keep up with the sword fighting. heh heh

Mark! Amy Purdy (now Amy Scholer) here...my parents are visiting and we just watched the Brave trailer. I cry every time I see it because I'm SO HAPPY for you. Mom says she always knew all those drawings that you signed and dated for her in high school would be worth a fortune. Congratulations -- we'll all be in a theater on opening weekend (this weekend and in June).

Hey Mark! You are one busy guy! And doing great work. I am looking forward to seeing BRAVE....it looks FANTASTIC!!! Think I can Get a personally signed ART OF BRAVE one of these days?

Hope to see you one of these days.
I saw a clip of you being interviewed at the premiere of JOHN CARTER. You looked like a very cool filmmaker.....which I guess you really ARE"!

Even though the film is struggling congratulations on your efforts. I'm in China again and I hear that it is here..don't now if there are any English versions. I would like to see it.
Is BRAVE going to screen at ANNECY? That would be terrific! And I may actually get to see you there.

Take care Mark. You are on a very fast great ride and you have earned it and deserve it.

Hey Mark,
Here is a flash from your past! I just saw BRAVE and saw your name--how could I miss it? LOL

Fantastic! And I am on sour on animation these days for the most part. But I have a thing for bears so there ya go.

Nice kilt butt action by the way.
Hope you, the Mrs. and the kids are well.
